Sure, yoga’s great. You can join a yoga class at any age. I have not done so, but I think it’s a great idea and would like to have the time to do that some day.
there are 3 year olds who take yoga with there 14 year old sisters so really isnt an age cap and im not really into it but it has done good for my girlfriend over time
yoga hah the fastest way to lose weight is karte on you learn something like me
I have tried yoga before and it is EXCELLENT!!
No lies…it increases your flexibility and you will be so tired while working out then when you cool down before leaving you will feel like you are in a new body!! Try it for at least 2-3 days and see if you like it. I am almost positive you will love it! Take a friend with you too to make it more fun!

Age criteria is not there but u shouldn’t be a kiddo either
Yoga is said to be good and is a popular therapy
BUT
case controlled scientific studies are practically absent to support the alleged benefits of Yoga
To a certain extent, yoga helps by improving your psyche and making you feel in control.
Weight loss: weight loss can be achieved by following any exercies protocol and balanced diet and yoga is no exception.
For effective weight loss, mind you:-
1. initial wt loss is quick and this is due to loss of water from body. it is regained quickly too.
2. for longterm wt loss, set realistic targets like 1 pound per week. if you achieve this, feel happy. then try to maintain it or not regain it.
3. faster you lose, faster you regain.
4. Don’t stop eating any thing but eat everything in controlled quantity
Yoga is really awesome. For a person new to yoga I’d say go to a gym or look for a beginners class, if you go straight to the Indian guy wearing a robe and banging a gong you may think it’s too weird and not go back.
Yoga classes come in as many flavors as ice cream. Some Yoga classes are more spiritual and some are more like a regular workout, depends on the teacher. If you try Bikrham or Hatha yoga you’ll probably lose the 2 pounds the first class (but you’ll also feel like you’re about to die)
All I can say is try it. If everyone did yoga the world would be a much better place. Its sexy, it makes you strong, it improves your mind and your body in 100 different ways. You’ll feel great and your body will be toned and tight.
There r yoga classes designed for each age group.
To gain/loose weight, eat only when hungry and that too not more than three times a day. Uncooked fruits/vegetables shud be taken with each meal to the extent of 50%. No food/drink other than water in between. Chew each morsel at least 32 times. This activates ur body system to give u effective signals when u have had enough.
Take light exercises and brisk walks regularly preferably twice a day.
Do not get panicky to loose/gain fast. After all u have taken years to come to the present state. Be patient.
Yeah, really yoga is good for health. Its use to maintain the body slim till the end of your life. Its makes a mind fresh and relax mind. It’s having so many advantages it’s related to modern world and other coordination also…

I’ve been doing yoga for a while.Yoga makes me feel more energetic.I’m sleeping better too.I think I’ve lost an inch at the hips.More than a good looking body, yoga promises a healthy body plus mind.I don’t think there is an age bar.If you have any diseases you should let your teacher know beforehand so that he can recommend the correct asanas for that.
yes it is one of the best ways.as it does not have any side effects.
